How to make gravy Sauce :
- Finely pounded all ingredients for gravy sauce
- Heat margarine till melted, Stir-fry the Shallot & Garlic until fragrant and then add some water
- Add Nutmeg, Sweet Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Slice Onion, Worcester Sauce, Ginger, Brown Sugar, White Pepper, and Salt
- Cook and stir until thick
How to make Bistik Tenderloin Beef :
- Marinate tenderloin with salt & pepper, and then grill until well-done
- Blanched all the vegetables (Carrot, Potato, and String Bean)
- Put the tenderloin beef and all the vegetables on the plate
- Pour gravy sauce on tenderloin beef and vegetables
