Ingredients of Bistik Tenderloin Beef :


Tenderloin Beef  180 gr
Carrot (Wortel) 1 pcs
Potato (Kentang) 2 pcs
String Bean (Buncis) 3 pcs

Ingredients of gravy Sauce :

Shallot (Bawang Merah) 6 pcs
Garlic (Bawang Putih) 2 pcs
Nutmeg (Pala) 1 pcs
Sweet Soya Sauce (Kecap) 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce (Saus Tomat) 2 tbsp
Slice Onion (Bombay) 1 pcs
Worcester Sauce 1 tbsp
Margarine 1 tbsp
Ginger (Jahe) 1 pcs
Brown Sugar (Gula Merah) 1/2 tbsp
White Pepper (Merica Putih) for seasoning
Salt (Garem) for seasoning

How to make gravy Sauce :
Finely pounded all ingredients for gravy sauce
Heat margarine till melted, Stir-fry the Shallot & Garlic  until fragrant and then add some water
- Add Nutmeg, Sweet Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Slice Onion, Worcester Sauce, Ginger, Brown Sugar, White Pepper, and Salt
Cook and stir until thick


How to make Bistik Tenderloin Beef :
- Marinate tenderloin with salt & pepper, and then grill until well-done
Blanched all the vegetables (Carrot, Potato, and String Bean)
- Put the tenderloin beef and all the vegetables on the plate
Pour gravy sauce on tenderloin beef and vegetables
