Vegetable Salad With Peanut Sauce (Gado Gado)

Ingredients of Gado Gado:

Spinach (Bayam) 70 gr
Long bean (Kacang panjang) 60 gr
Carrot (Wortel) 60 gr
Bean sprout (Tauge) 30 gr
White cabbage  (Kubis Putih) 60 gr
Lettuce (Selada) 60 gr
Bean curd (Tofu) 60 gr
Egg (Telur) 1 pcs
Potato (Kentang) 100 gr
Rice cake (Lontong) 100 gr
Peanut sauce (Saus Kacang) 120 gr

Ingredients of Peanut Sauce :

Vegetable Oil (Minyak Sayur) 2  tbsp
Garlic (Bawang Putih) 5  pcs
Red Pepper (Cabai Merah)                               2  pcs
Kaffir Lime Leaf  (Daun Jeruk Purut) 3  pcs
Roasted/Fried Peanuts (Kacang) 300 gr
Coconut Milk (Santan) 500 ml
Palm Sugar (Gula Jawa) 50 gr
Tamarind (Asam Jawa) 2  pcs
Salt (Garam) for seasoning 

How to Make Peanut Sauce :
- Heat the cooking oil, then saute the garlic, chilli and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.
- Add finely ground peanuts and coconut milk, stir until boiling.
- Then add the brown sugar, tamarind , and salt. Cook until brown sugar is dissolved.

How to Make Gado Gado :
- Blanched all the vegetables
- Slice all the vegetable into little pieces and mix all together
- Put thats all on plate
- Pour peanut sauce on vegetables
