Ingredients of Gado Gado:
| Spinach (Bayam) | 70 gr |
| Long bean (Kacang panjang) | 60 gr |
| Carrot (Wortel) | 60 gr |
| Bean sprout (Tauge) | 30 gr |
| White cabbage (Kubis Putih) | 60 gr |
| Lettuce (Selada) | 60 gr |
| Bean curd (Tofu) | 60 gr |
| Egg (Telur) | 1 pcs |
| Potato (Kentang) | 100 gr |
| Rice cake (Lontong) | 100 gr |
| Peanut sauce (Saus Kacang) | 120 gr |
Ingredients of Peanut Sauce :
| Vegetable Oil (Minyak Sayur) | 2 tbsp |
| Garlic (Bawang Putih) | 5 pcs |
| Red Pepper (Cabai Merah) | 2 pcs |
| Kaffir Lime Leaf (Daun Jeruk Purut) | 3 pcs |
| Roasted/Fried Peanuts (Kacang) | 300 gr |
| Coconut Milk (Santan) | 500 ml |
| Palm Sugar (Gula Jawa) | 50 gr |
| Tamarind (Asam Jawa) | 2 pcs |
| Salt (Garam) | for seasoning |
How to Make Peanut Sauce :
- Heat the cooking oil, then saute the garlic, chilli and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.
- Add finely ground peanuts and coconut milk, stir until boiling.
- Then add the brown sugar, tamarind , and salt. Cook until brown sugar is dissolved.
How to Make Gado Gado :
- Blanched all the vegetables
- Slice all the vegetable into little pieces and mix all together
- Put thats all on plate
- Pour peanut sauce on vegetables
