Jenang grendul is a traditional dessert that has a unique flavor. Chewy texture and a sweet taste of palm sugar is addictive for those who try it. Therefore if you are curious to make this jenang grendul, you can try to make at your home, consider how to make jenang grendul below.


jenang ingredients:
glutinous rice flour 250 gr 
water whiting 2 tsp 
warm water 225 ml 
Salt  to taste
palm sugar (crushed) 150 gr
pandan leaf 2 sheet
normal water 400 ml 

jenang sauce ingredients:
thick coconut milk 125 ml 
pandan leaf 1 sheet
Salt  to taste

How to make jenang grendul:
1. Create a mixture of glutinous rice flour, water whiting and salt, mix well.
2. Add the warm water gradually while in knead until smooth
