Salted Fish (ikan asin) | 200 gr |
Rice Flour (tepung beras) | 50 gr |
Water (air) | 100 ml |
Wheat Flour (tepung terigu) | 15 gr |
Cooking Oil (minyak) | 300 ml |
Ingredients of seasoning :
Onion (bawang) | 3 pcs |
Coriander Seeds (ketumbar) | 2 tsp |
Salt (garem) | for seasoning |
How to make :
- Mashed all of the Ingredients of seasoning
- Mix mashed seasoning with rice flour and wheat flour
- Add some water stir well
- Dip the fish in the batter and fry until crispy
- Crunchy salted fish ready to eat
