Crunchy Salted Fish (Ikan Asin Krispi)

Ingredients of Crunchy Salted Fish :


Salted Fish (ikan asin) 200 gr
Rice Flour (tepung beras) 50 gr
Water (air) 100 ml
Wheat Flour (tepung terigu) 15 gr
Cooking Oil (minyak) 300 ml

Ingredients of seasoning :

Onion (bawang) 3 pcs
Coriander Seeds (ketumbar) 2 tsp
Salt (garem) for seasoning


How to make :
- Mashed all of the Ingredients of seasoning
- Mix mashed seasoning with rice flour and wheat flour
- Add  some water  stir well
Dip the fish in the batter and fry until crispy
Crunchy salted fish ready to eat
