Sweet Corn Dumplings (Bakwan Jagung Manis)

Ingredients of Sweet Corn Dumplings :



Wheat Flour (tepung terigu) 500 gr
Corn (jagung) 5 pcs
Egg (telur) 3 pcs
Leek (loncang) 50 gr
Garlic (bawang putih) 20 gr 
Salt (garam) for seasoning
Pepper (merica) for seasoning
Water (air) 150 ml
Cooking Oil (minyak) 500 ml


How to make :
- Whipped egg
- Add sliced corn just on yellow part
- Add slice of leek
- Add crushed garlic
- Add some water
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir the batter until smooth
- Heat the cooking oil on pan
Fried batter little by little
- Serve on a plate and ready to eat
