Cumin (Jinten) | 15 gr |
Red Pepper (Cabe Merah) | 60 gr |
Black Pepper (Merica Hitam) | 20gr |
Ginger (Jahe) | 30 gr(crushed) |
Pepper (Merica) | for seasoning |
Salt (Garam) | for seasoning |
How to make :
- Boiled the beef ribs until cooked
- Stir-fry all ingredients for seasoning, Shallot, Garlic, Lemongrass, Laos, Lime Leaf, Cumin, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Ginger, Pepper, Salt. until fragrant
- Add all ingredients for seasoning in the stew beef ribs
- Wait wait until the water evaporates and the ribs thick
