Ingredients of Gecok Beef Ribs :


Beef Ribs (Iga Sapi) 1 kg

Ingredients for Seasoning  :

Shallot (Bawang Merah) 40 gr(crushed)
Garlic (Bawang Putih) 20 gr(crushed)
Lemongrass (Sereh) 2 stalk 
Laos 30 gr(crushed)
Lime Leaf (Daun Jeruk) 3 sheet
Cumin (Jinten) 15 gr
Red Pepper (Cabe Merah) 60 gr
Black Pepper (Merica Hitam) 20gr
Ginger (Jahe) 30 gr(crushed)
Pepper (Merica) for seasoning
Salt (Garam) for seasoning

How to make :
- Boiled the beef ribs until cooked
Stir-fry all ingredients for seasoning, Shallot, Garlic, Lemongrass, Laos, Lime Leaf, Cumin, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Ginger, Pepper, Salt. until fragrant
- Add all ingredients for seasoning in the stew beef ribs
- Wait wait until the water evaporates and the ribs thick
- Put on plate with rice and ready to eat
