Palm Sugar (gula merah) | 150 gr (crushed) |
Rice (beras) | 150 gr |
Coconut Milk (santan) | 1 lt (1 coconout) |
Pandan Leaf (pandan) | 2 sheet |
Salt (garam) | 1 tsp |
Thick Coconut Milk | 150 ml (1/2 coconout) |
How to make White Porridge :
- Boiled coconut milk and rice until thick
- Add salt and thick coconout milk
- Stir over low heat until thick
How to make Red Porridge :
- Boiled coconut milk and rice until thick
- Add salt, palm sugar and thick coconout milk
- Stir over low heat until thick
