Ingredients of Fish and Chip :



Snapper 1 kg
Bread Crumb 200 gr
Egg 2 pcs
Potato 1 pcs
wheat flour 100 gr
Oil Cooking 500 ml
Salt for seasoning
Pepper for seasoning


How to make Fish :

- Slice the Snapper lengthwise
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix the fillets Snapper with the wheat flour
- Put in the beaten egg
- Put in the Bread Crumb
- Fry with heat oil
- Served in the plate

How to make Chip :
- Peeled the potatoes
- Slice the potato
- Boiled the potato and season with salt
- Put the potato into cold water
- Fry with heat oil
- Served in the plate with the fish before
